Opacity observations were conducted in accordance with 40 CFR 63.6(h) and 40 cFR 63:loaggtn). Completed visua! observation forms are included with this submittal along with proof of - obseruer certification. All observation results were below limits. Data was submitted to USEPA via the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI). I certify that the identified sources and associated capture systems operated normally during the applicable fugitive emission testing. I certify that, based on information and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry, the statements made in this repoft are true, accurate, and complete.
