RE: December 2023 Chlorine Emission Report Parametens - US Magnesium, LLC Rowley Facility
Dear Mr. Bird,
Please find attached the December 2023 Monthly Chlorine Emissions Report for the US Magnesium LLC
(US Mag) magnesium plant, located at Rowley, Utah. US Mag submits this report as required by its Title
V Operating Permit Number 4500030003, dated December 12,2018. The report includes the rolling l2-
month total source-wide chlorine emissions (II.B.1.a.3) and the rolling 60-month scheduled maintenance
emissions (II.B.1.b.3) submitted with the chlorine emission totals. Per USM's letter dated September 22,
2022,the magnesium production has been temporarily taken offline for necessary repairs. The decrease in
monthly chlorine emissions is due to this.
