Weir Minerals, [nc. certifies that the North Steam Boiler (Title V Permit II.B.7) and the South Steam Boiler (Title V Permit II.B.8) were operated with no deviations. There were no deviations from the emission limitations and work practice standards during the reporting period. This report has been generated to comply with 40 CFR 63.7550 c(1), which specifies that for boilers that are: "subject to the requirements of a tune up you must submit a compliance report with the information in paragraphs (cXsXi) through (iii) of this section, (xiv) and (xvii) of this section, and paragraph (c)(s)(iv) of this section for limited-use boiler or process heaters." DIVISION OF AIR OUAI-ITY January 29,2024 Page2 of 3 Compliance Report, Title V Permit No. 3500210005 NORTH STEAM BOILER 4a) Permit Condition II.B.7.a 1: Emissions of NO* shall be no greater than 2.18 lbsftrour and no greater than 1,25 ppmdv (7o/o oxygen, Dry). S-year Stack Tests have certified that the North Boiler was operated within these limits. 4b) Permit Condition II.B.7.b1: Visible emissions shall be no greater than 10 percent opacity. II.B.7.b.l Monitoring: In lieu of monitoring via visible emission observations, fuel usage shall be monitored to demonstrate that only natural gas is used as fuel. No fuel other than natural gas has been consumed by the North Steam Boiler. 4c) The date of the most recent boiler tune up was 7 /2112023. 4d) The total operating time of the unit was 8.760 hours. 4e) Since the boiler cannot accept fuel other than natural gas, and no deviations to operating conditions were noted, the following sections of 40 CFR 63.7550, as described in the standard, were met: (c)(5)(i) through (iii), (vi), (vii), (viii), (ix), (xi), (xiii), (xv), (xvii), (xviii) and paragraph (d). SOUTH STEAM BOILER 4a) Permit Condition II.B.8.a 1: Emissions of NO* shall be no greater than 1.87 lbs/trour and no greater than 124 ppmdv (7oh oxygen, Dry). S-year Stack Tests have certified that the South Boiler was operated within these limits. 4b) Permit Condition II.B.8.b1: Visible emissions shall be no greater than 10 percent opacity. II.B.8.b.1 Monitoring: In lieu of monitoring via visible emission observations, fuel usage shall be monitored to demonstrate that only natural gas is used as fuel. No fuel other than natural gas has been consumed by the South Steam Boiler. 4c) The date of the most recent boiler tune up was 51612023. 4d) The total operating time of the unit was 8.760 hours. 4e) Since the boiler cannot accept fuel other than natural gas, and no deviations to operating conditions were noted, the following sections of 40 CFR 63.7550, as described in the standard, were met: (c)(SXi) through (iii), (vi), (vii), (viii), (ix), (xi), (xiii), (xv), (xvii), (xviii) and paragraph (d).
