The Division of Drinking Water (The Division) recently became aware of an active source (Oak
Spring, identified as WS001 in the Division’s database) without the appropriate monitoring
schedules.

In accordance with R309-205, active sources shall be monitored for the appropriate
contaminants. The updated monitoring requirements for this source are given below. An updated
monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the Water Monitoring
section. Please collect a Nitrate sample from the Oak Spring and label as WS001 by December 31,
2023.
