Hi Andy,
My apologies for the longer than usual movement of this agreement. It's been slow due to heavy
workloads, schedules and frankly, the complexity of the site (co-mingled petroleum from various
sources and others). Sometimes these things take time to sort out with various programs.
Anyway, I have just signed off on the eligibility letter and draft agreement. The documents are
moving up the chain with a recommendation for signature.
We will keep you informed.

I believe the eligibility letter and draft agreement are in the final stages. I will have Leigh check
tomorrow. The site has various issues which took time to sort out and then the Holidays. See my
email below to Andy.
Apologize for being a bit behind. We are working to move this forward and hope you will see
something soon.
