Looking through an EWA we have seems to suggest there wasn't actually a lot of soil contamination on the Wet Laundry/Proper Burger near the removed tanks, though we did pick up some diesel and even some oil and grease in the groundwater as well as some soil gas chlorinated solvents above VISLs. My understanding also is that the tanks on both Lelis and proper burger were actually closed out, though the reports I have from Lelis suggest the tanks on the Wet laundry/Proper burger site were undocumented removals. I am just wondering if this is an accurate picture, and also trying to confirm if the tanks were addressed and closed under the tanks program. The Lelis tank was closed under our program, but the Proper Burger tank was not. The tanks at Proper were dry cleaner flow through process tanks. We transferred the Proper tanks release to DWMRC Correction Action Section by memo on March 20, 2023 after determining we had no regulatory authority. I do not know if DWMRC has taken any further action at the site.
