Hello, I would like to have a meeting on-site at Semi-Service to see what work
was conducted. In the future it is important for DERR to be present to oversee
onsite work and check that the workplan that we reviewed is being followed.

Hello Leigh and Phil,  

With my current schedule, I have a couple of different options for when
I could be on Site. Right now, the dates I have available are Thursday
February 22nd, Thursday February 29th, or any day the week of March
4th. If none of those dates work for you, let me know what does and I
can try to make it work.

Please also keep in mind, since the weather caused issues with our VI
sampling containers during our original sampling event, I will be
conducting the Sub-Slab vapor sampling while I’m on Site. I know the

Let’s lock in on being at the site on Feb. 22nd. Steve could be there early to set
up the VI sampling, and Leigh, you may choose the time that you would like to
arrive and we could all meet.

Just as a backup plan, should SLC become snowbound, or have predicted
serious snow or other weather event, we could move this to the week of March
4th.

That works. I have a meeting around 11-12 pm that day, but I could come by

Sounds great, thank you. Do you think there will need to be much set up for the
sampling? It may be useful to try to do a briefing first and go over details about
the previous sampling, but it's understandable if needing to prepare to take the
samples would be needed to be done first.

Hello Phil and Leigh,

8:00 am on Thursday should work fine for the start of our on-site
meeting. Since these vapor samples take 8-hours to collect, I planned
to get there around 7:30 AM to get things setup and ensure I am
getting them collected within business hours of the Site facility. I know
you would like to observe the sampling process so I will be sure that
you’re able to observe at least one of the sample locations from the
start.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns ahead our
meeting on Thursday.
