As an added note to this, we'll need a copy of this signed and sent back to us.
I've checked with the team and electronic signatures are fine and we can
accommodate that, or we can do hard copy signatures. When it is sent back to
us we will get the signature of our director and it will be live. Sorry for the

The next step in the project will be for me to generate some comments on your
EA for guidance in forming a plan for any work at the property, and also doing
a site visit at the property. This can be tricky in the wintertime, as snow can
conceal part of the property and give me an incomplete idea of it, so we'll
probably have to watch for a window of decent weather to plan for this.
I'll be back in touch for that or if I have any questions on these other
documents.
