Hello Leigh – attached for review please find our draft QAPP for the Lelis
property.

Also attached is a separate diagram showing the locations of the existing
groundwater monitoring wells (Exhibit 7 from the November 2022 Phase II
ESA report). Please be advised that we plan to conduct a round of
groundwater monitoring from these wells, to be conducted in accordance with
the procedures detailed in the QAPP. The monitoring event will include
measurement of groundwater elevations and collection of samples for analysis
from the five existing monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-4, MW-5, MW-6, and MW-
7). The groundwater elevation measurements will be used to assess the
current groundwater flow direction. The groundwater samples (including one
field duplicate) will be analyzed for TPH-GRO, VOCs, TPH-DRO(SGT), and Oil
& Grease/TRPH. The groundwater sample with the highest contaminant
concentration(s) will be further analyzed for TPH fractionation.

Please let us know of any questions and/or approval of the QAPP, and with
your concurrence we will schedule the groundwater monitoring event.
