Dear Mr. Secrist:

The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has completed review
of the Microbial Injection Summary Report, dated February 29, 2024. The review was completed
as required by the provisions of the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).

The DERR has no additional comments on the report. Please coordinate with the DERR on
follow-up sampling to verify whether the injections have addressed the contamination in MW-3.
All work at the site including future monitoring should be conducted in accordance with the
approved Site Management Plan.
