Good morning, Leigh -

Please find attached proposed modifications to the on-site groundwater
monitoring program for the Former General Electric Facility for your review.

In general, the proposed modifications include:
1. Semi-annual sampling
2. Gauge all wells at each event
3. Remove arsenic from the parameter list
4. Sample MW,-2, MW-3, MW-4, MW-6, and MW-15 through MW-19 and
analyze for VOCs and 1,4-dioxane
5. Sample MW-7 and analyze for TPH on two consective events

As you know since speaking with Rylie, we are working toward the
groundwater sampling on-site and off-site next week by purging the wells this
week. If you would be able to review this week and approve, we could begin
these modifications for the April sampling event.

Hello, just letting you know that I have discussed this and the Dioxane memo
with Scott today and we want these to be a more expedited response since
they affect your sampling plans on-site this quarter. I will try to talk it over with
Bill when I can schedule some time with him so that I can get back with you.
