For your review, please find the attached environmental covenant for the GE
North Salt Lake site that compliments the Site Management Plan provided to
you on October 11th. This should be the last piece of the institutional control
puzzle to restrict activity, use and access and protect human health.

Leigh, Bill & Scott – As follow up to our last call WSP
will shortly be transmitting the Sept 2023 9th quarterly
consecutive Groundwater Sampling & Analysis Event
Report including the updated Plume Analytics
summary model.

Could we consider a call the week after Christmas to
pick up on our discussion for the VCP closure
strategy? If you can provided me your availability
dates & times I can send out a Teams call invite. I have
been asked again by my Vernova business leadership
what the anticipated schedule (date) for the CoC
including our strategy (scope) for any future
groundwater monitoring program.

That sounds great to me, I can check with the other team members and I'll be
looking for the last report. I've been through the SMP and I remember only
having some minor comments, but I'll have to go through them with the others
