Hey Dan and Chris, I am in the process of drafting a COC with a recommendation for
signature. However, I need the tax ID numbers for the parcels to facilitate recording
of the document. I have these parcel ID numbers: 15-12-501-057, 15-12-501-063,
15-12-302-005, and a portion of 15-12-501-014.
Is this correct?
Regards,
Leigh

Thank you for the email. We have elevated the COC to our team for final internal
review of the draft. We will send you a courtesy copy before we begin to finalize the
document.
We are proceeding and hope to have more for you soon, but schedules are full with
many different projects.
This is a priority for the VCP so we’ll stay on it.
Bill

Stacey,
Thank you for the catch on the Applicant's name. We have made that change.
However, the legal description you provided us is different from the legal description
included as part of the VCP application and corresponding VCA. The new legal

description is almost 0.5-acre larger it appears. Can you help us understand that
discrepancy and whether this impacted the characterization/cleanup.
Additionally, we will also need to touch base with the AG's office to determine if an
amendment to the VCA will be necessary first to reflect the new legal description.
We'll get back with you, but please let us know about the discrepancy between the
two legal descriptions.

Bill

Bill,
In order to clarify this matter, the legal description by the title company dated 2018
was a preliminary estimate before the property was surveyed.
Once we had the property under contract, we had the property surveyed and that is
how we arrived at the final square footage.

The property in question has always been the same parcel of land that we intended
to and eventually purchased from UPRR. There has not been any change in the
actual boundaries of the subject property from day one to today and I see no need to
go to the AG’s office since the area that was originally intended to be remediated is
the same area that was remediated.
Nothing changed regarding the boundaries, or scope, from the preliminary legal
description used in describing the area to be remediated and the actual area
remediated.
I apologize for the confusion, hopefully this will clarify the matter, should you need
additional information please contact me at your convenience.
