I spoke with Chris Nolan this afternoon. He is drafting the final report and inquired
about ICs as there is a section in the report he is modeling this one after that
includes a discussion of ICs. After some discussion, I told him that I did not think any
would be needed other than groundwater would not be accessed. He said the highest
arsenic in soil after the dig was around 10 ppm and most lead is under 100 ppm. He
said BAP goals were met.
Sounds like a very good cleanup.
Anyway, he will be sending a draft report for our review.
Leigh, they have paved, please schedule a final walk through.
