Good morning Leigh & Brent

After several months of delay, I am happy to be sending you the Environmental
Covenant for the Murray Fire Station property with notarized signatures from
the Murray City Attorney and Murray City Mayor. My understanding is that this
document requires wet signatures. I will send it the document to you (Leigh)
via USPS in tomorrows mail. Please advise me of the correct procedure.

Hello! Sorry about the delay in response, I was looking for an answer to your
question. I think after covid we did start to use electronic signatures almost
exclusively, but I will want to double check that. Also we'll need our legal
counsel and some of our other members of the team to look over the
Environmental Covenant as well before we can sign.

Hey Susan, also, we would generally want a SMP to review along with the EC
to make sure that they match up, how is the SMP coming along? I have re-
sent the VCA again with all the data you gave me to try to get it signed again.
