Hello, I was wondering if there are any new updates.
Also, it looks like we sent out some invoices in November, but haven't received
anything for them, and I was wondering if they have been received.

Thanks for the follow-up.

SLC Intermodal Hub:
Our development team has not decided for sure what the plan is. They are
considering a few options, and depending on what is decided, they may want
to move ahead with the new agreement or revert back to the original one. I will
let you know once they have decided for sure.

Invoices:
I forwarded them onto our payment system. I do get some flack every time
that I receive an invoice because the invoice doesn’t really say what the
expense is for. If the invoice could include dates/times and an explanation for
what was done, it would help a lot. Also, if they could be sent closer to the
date of work, that would also be great.

Hey Sean, unfortunately the financial department on our end is often a little
backed up because we have multiple sections going through them, so I don't
think it's possible to alter their timelines for them to issue invoices closer to the
date of the work that was performed. I can however say that the invoices
represent a period through september to november, and the amount of time
charged in September relates to site visits for both the old intermodal hub site
as well as checking on the charger station, checking on old SMP details
relative to managing VCP aspects around installing the charging station, and
